I’m Rebekah, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I combine threads of other principles, such as Compassion-Focussed Therapy and mindfulness when working with you.

It is understandable that there are times we struggle to catch our breath or even get out of bed – days when we have the weight of the world on our shoulders and can’t quite muster the strength needed to carry it. I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who appear capable yet struggle with trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression or OCD-related symptoms. Grounded in CBT, I integrate therapies such as Compassion Focused Therapy, ACT and mindfulness to explore present difficulties and deeper patterns, supporting meaningful, lasting change.
