We offer appointments for individuals aged 18y/o and over on Tuesday day time morning and afternoon slots and some week day evenings.

Initial Telephone Consultation (20 minutes) ~ Free

A quick chat to touch base, get a brief idea of the problem and get a sense if therapy with myself is something you’d like to try. We can then book in your initial assessment or you can go away a think it over.  

Initial Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Assessment Session (60-90mins) ~ £80

This session provides space to gain a fuller understanding of your difficulties, history and goals. We will explore current challenges, relevant background experiences (including trauma where appropriate), and complete brief questionnaires if helpful.

I will explain how therapy may support you and outline a proposed treatment plan. If I believe another approach (such as EMDR or longer-term counselling) may better meet your needs, I will discuss this openly and support you in considering alternatives.

Ongoing Treatment Sessions (60mins) ~ £65

Sessions are grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and tailored to your individual needs. While structured and evidence-based, my approach integrates elements from Compassion Focused Therapy, ACT and mindfulness, particularly when working with complex or developmental trauma.
Together, we address both present symptoms and the deeper patterns shaping them — supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
Longer sessions can be arranged where clinically appropriate and will be discussed in advance.

6 Session Therapy Package Offer ~ £360

To support consistency and depth in the therapeutic process.

Designed for clients ready to begin focused therapeutic work, particularly around trauma, anxiety, self-worth or OCD-related patterns. This allows us to build momentum and depth without interruption.

Sessions are to be used within 8–12 weeks to support the therapeutic process.
